QUALITY & CARE: Fabrics are natural. Certain fabrics are color-treated. Each handbag is unique as patterns move freely on the fabric. Products can slightly differ in color from photos on the website. PRODUCTS/PROMOTIONS: kasia dietz handbags reserves the right to offer special promotions and discounts on any and all products. "Limited Edition" products are restricted in quantity and when sold out cannot be re-ordered.



PRICE: The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and converted into Dollars. kasia dietz handbags reserves the right to modify prices. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the order, and sold at that price subject to their availability. Prices include taxes but exclude shipping and handling.



PAYMENT: Product payments are accepted with Paypal only.



SHIPPING: We are able to ship to any address worldwide. Once the item has been pre-ordered via Paypal, standard shipping costs will be added. Customs duties or other local or right import taxes may apply for any order shipped outside of France. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties and sums.



DELIVERY: The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order procedure. Sending is done via Post Office delivery unless otherwise requested, and paid in whole by customer. Delivery is estimated at 5-10 business days but can take up to 6 weeks if products are unavailable or back-ordered. Customer will receive notice if shipping exceeds 10 business days. Any duties or postage fees payable at the time of delivery are the customer's sole responsibility.



RETURN/EXCHANGE: Unused products may be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receipt with customer statement for return. In all cases, the goods returned must be in their original condition and goods will be inspected upon return. Refunds are not allowed. Unless product is damaged or the order is incorrect, the cost of shipping the good(s) back to us will be covered by the customer. As the goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our premises, we suggest using a traceable carrier when shipping to France.
